A certified chef from the “’Ecole d´Hotellerie de Granville” (France)
I’m a chef who’s passionate about my profession, traveling and about culinary and gastronomic customs.
Guernsey, London, Morocco, Holland and Denmark are some of my latest visits. I have worked and practiced gastronomic tourism, and I try to incorporate these influences into my dishes, always using fresh and good quality produce and of course remembering my roots from France. Soon the destinations I will visit are Lisbon, Florida and Vietnam.
In all of these destinations I meet with great chefs and French colleagues, with whom we discuss and exchange our ideas and views. The result is Pan y Vino. We hope to see you!
Diploma in hotel management by the "School of Catering Cataluya" (Barcelona)
I am Patrick`s traveling companion. We have visited many beautiful places, always thinking of what could surprise us, trying to learn from the best and capturing every detail.
We both have training in catering because it is what we chose for our future, it`s what we like to do and what excites us. We pamper the clients, while we spoil each other, we make a good team: Patrick in the kitchen and myself in the restaurant.
Our team supports us in this adventure, and it’s a pleasure to work with them.
