Four years ago, we began a culinary journey through France that has left with us the memory of the delicious flavours of each region we visited. In this, the fifth year, it is the turn of Provence. A magical area of a thousand shades of colour, it was the first French region my wife discovered when she crossed the border. She was so delighted by its landscapes and its unique character that I have dedicated this year’s menu to her.
Our journey will take us to Marseilles and to Nice, to Montpellier, La Grande Motte and Avignon, among other places.
Fields full of lavender, with its unmistakable scent; wild horses trotting through the Camargue; pink flamingos that take flight to land in the rice fields ... the visitor is struck by the strange contrast between picturesque,, mediaeval walled villages, on the one hand, and towns constructed in the 1970s, with their modern, pyramid-shaped buildings, on the other.
We offer you the opportunity to enjoy the famous bouillabaisse fish soup; salad Niçoise, perfect for summer nights; anchovies, black olives, the vegetables of ratatouille and the aromatic flavours of Provençal herbs - all accompanied by Pastis, an aniseed aperitif to tempt the appetite, or a pale, refreshing rosé wine.
Only few days to close season 2016.... and it is gonna be so GOOD!!!!
We have thought two special tasting menus for those two week ends. First one for 18th, 19th and 20th with Beaujolais Nouveau.
And for our last week end of the year 25th, 26th and 27th of November... special tasting and Champagne menu, all included. Check menus in Facebook or call us and we tell you all details.

At the “Mostra de Cuina Menorquina” (Minorcan Cuisine Fair) you will experience the atmosphere and gastronomy of the participating restaurants in situ, as well as their attention and service, from 24th of Septembre to 2nd of October.
In every restaurant you will find delicious Minorcan gastronomy, either traditional or avant-garde, with a “Mostra Menu” of starter, main course and dessert for only 17€, or other gourmet menus.

FRENCH CLASSICS with the arrival of ”Beaujolais nouveau”, we are preparing a delicious selection of classic French dishes.
The Beaujolais Nouveau arrives on our doorstep, as every year, in late November. This is a young wine without aging, it is very popular in France.
